For over 25 years Joanne Lauterjung Kelly has led strategic, communications, promotional, and arts management projects for various organizations and individuals in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Turkey, and Germany. She is known for her creative vision and remarkable ability to forge effective processes for organizations of all sizes. With both creative and strategic organizational skills, Joanne can provide solutions with "big picture" applications and awareness.
In addition to being a consultant, Joanne is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, artist, photographer and creative catalyst. She is passionate about participation in the arts as a way of creating community and helping people live their best lives.
Joanne has worked with organizations of all sizes in offering arts-based facilitation, training and coaching for leadership development, team building and change management. She has organized arts events for communities such as Columbia City's monthly summer festival, BeatWalk, and the annual Bash on Vashon New Year's Camp for all ages. The common denominator in all of Joanne's work is the ability to provide participatory experiences to deepen learning for those involved.
